Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cups self rising flour

  • 1/2 tsp soda

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 can fruit cocktail

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

  • Frosting:

  • 1 stick margarine

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes . Mix 3 frosting ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes . Pour over cake while hot. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
