Ingredients
- 8 oz ziti
- 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 small zucchini sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chunky pasta sauce
- 2 oz thinly sliced proscuitto
- 2/3 c grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Prepare pasta. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Add zucchini to pasta cooking water for about 1 1/2 minutes. Drain pasta and zucchini. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken, about 4 minutes. Pour pasta sauce over chicken and simmer 3 minutes. Add zucchini and pasta to chicken. Mix in proscuitto and top with grated cheese.
