Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c water
- 3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- ginger
- turmeric
- pepper
- curry powder
- 3 c cabbage, cubed

Step 1
1) Saute onion and garlic in a large soup pot.
2) Add 1/2 c water, potatoes, carrots, and spices and cook 10 min.
3) Add cabbage and another 1/2 c water and cook till tender.
