This was a dish that my Grandma Redling made when I was younger.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread, dry and broken into pieces
  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 14 oz. can Chicken Broth
  • 4 eggs
  • Celery, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a 9” x 13” pan. Bake the casserole at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
