Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1-2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 oz. package cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cabbage and water in covered saucepan. Cook on medium heat for about 10 min. or until the cabbage is barely tender.
Melt oleo in a saucepan and stir in flor. When smooth and bubbly, add milk and half&half. Continue cooking, stirring, until mixture thickens. Add sugar and salt. Cut cream cheese into chunks and add to cream sauce. Continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Add sauce to drained cabbage and reheat.
