Mix all ingredients until moistened; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
High altitude directions (3500-6500 feed): Heat oven to 425. Decrease honey to 1/4 cup. Bake 20-25 minutes.
