Antipasto Salad

Make 24 hours ahead.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hard salami
  • 1/2 lb provelone cheese
  • 1/2 ln pepperoni
  • 1 sm. can black olives
  • 1 sm. jar green olives
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 lb. macaroni shells
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 1/2 C vinegar
  • 1 T salt
  • 1T oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Dice all meats, cheese, and vegetables.

Marinate in dressing.
