Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1-1/2 tb worcestire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tb sugar
- 1-1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 yellow onion, chopped fine

Step 1
Mix bread crumbs, milk, meat, salt and pepper and form 6 balls. Place in glass casserole dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes. When you take them out, turn them.
Mix all sauce ingedients together and pour over meatballs. Cover and microwave for 8 minutes.
Best served with mashed potatoes.
