Potatoes - Creamy Red Potatoes

  • 2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a 3 qt. slow cooker.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and dressing mix. Mix until blended. Stir into potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
