Quick Praline Candy

Ingredients

• 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 2 cups pecans
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all above ingredients-- except the pecans--in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring often, till mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
Add nuts and mix well.
Remove from the heat and beat till mixture begins to thicken--about 3 mins.--drop by tablespoon on waxed paper.
Let set.
