Ingredients
- Pastry for single crust pie or crumb crust. Prepare crust and bake. Be sure to stab crust with a fork to prevent shrinking.
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 3 squares (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Whipped cream for garnish.
Preparation
Step 1
Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating about 2 minutes after each egg, scraping bowl constantly. Turn into pastry shell and chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
