Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) sliced green beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 C. balsamic vinegar
- 4 t. dried parsley flakes
- 4 t. dried basil
- 2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 t. dried dill
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 1/2 C. sliced carrot
- 1/2 C. vertically sliced red onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables; toss gently to coat. Will keep well in refrigerator.
