Ingredients
- Crust
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/3 c confectioners sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Topping
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3 tbs flour
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly
Press into a 13 x 9 pan
Bake for 20 minutes
Mix topping ingredients and pour over crust
Bake for another 20 minutes
Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar
