Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • also can use wheat flour.

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients. let stand 10 minutes. drop with tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. bake at 425 until brown on bottom. broil if necessary at the end to brown tops.
