Ingredients

  • 2 cans Diced tomato undrnd
  • 2 can Cond tomato soup
  • 2 ½ cup Water
  • 3 ½ oz Quartered pepperoni
  • 1 med Grn & red pepper
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Sage
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • ½ tsp Oregeno
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 ½ cup Shredded mozz.
  • 10 slcs French bread toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Bring tomatoes, soup and water to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min. mash with potato masher. Add pepperoni,k peppers, garlic, sage, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Ladle into ovensafe bowls. Top with slice of bread sprinkled with cheese. Broil 4” from heat until cheese is melted and bubbly.
