Ingredients

  • Drizzle mixture:
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Jello
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 2 C. sifted powdered sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 T. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, jello, water and oil

Separate 4 eggs; beat egg whites stiff; add to cake mixture.

Bake at 350 for 32-35 min.


Drizzle mixture:

Beat all the ingredients together.
Punch holes in cake with fork.
Spread lemon mixture over warm cake.
