Lamb Shoulder Chops in Wine

  • 4-6 lame shoulder chops (arm or blade are OK)
  • flour
  • 2 T. cooking oil
  • 1 t. salt
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 t. bottled meat sauce
  • ½ cup mushrooms



Step 1

Rub flour into both sides of lamb. Heat oil in large skillet with cover. Brown lamb over medium heat on both sides. Mix together salt, pepper, catsup, wine, meat sauce and mushrooms. Pour over lamb; then cover and simmer for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender
