  • GLAZE:
  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 package (4-serving size) lemon Jello-O
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup cooking oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups powder sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Step 1

Preheat oven to 328 degrees. Mix lemon Jello-O with cake mix. Mix milk, eggs, lemon extract, vanilla extract, oil and lemon juice in mixer for 4 minutes. Pour batter into floured and greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove cake while still warm. Combine lemon juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake.
