Ingredients
- * 1 yellow onion, sliced into thin strips
- * 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- * 4 small radishes sliced very thin
- * 5 tablespoons olive oil
- * 4 limes, juiced
- * 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- * Kosher salt, to taste
- * Fresh-ground pepper, to taste
- * 16 ounces smoked or roasted turkey, shredded
- * 12 4-inch soft corn tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion until soft, about 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked onion, cabbage, and radishes. Toss with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the lime juice, and cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas on each side in a hot skillet and wrap in a towel to keep warm until ready to assemble the tacos.
To assemble tacos: Place about 1 or 2 ounces of turkey in a tortilla. Top with cabbage mixture and salsa and enjoy.
