Marinade for Antipasto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above ingredients together and pour over blanched vegetables such as cauli, brochlii and carrots. Marinade 24 hrs for best results.
