Oreo Cookie Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Oreos, crushed (in a plastic bag, or between waxed paper
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding (3 Oz.)
• 8 oz. Cool Whip
• 2 1/2 cups Milk
• 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 Oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crumbs and butter. Save 1 cup for topping. Press remainder in 9x13 inch pan.

Beat pudding until thick. Add softened cream cheese a little at a time. Spread on crumbs. Spread Cool Whip on top, add remaining crumbs and nuts if desired.
