Chocolate Ribbon Bars
- 1 pkg. (10 to 11 oz) Butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups (12 oz) Semisweet Chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Gradually stir in cereal until well coated. Press half mixture into greased 13"x9" pan; set remaining mixture aside.
In a another large bowl, melt Chocolate chips and butter, stir in water until well blended. Gradually add powdered sugar stirring until smooth. Spread over cereal layer.
Cover and refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate layer is set. Spread remaining cereal mixture over top. Let set and cut into squares.
