Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can Solo pure Almond Paste

  • 8 Tbs. butter

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

  • 1 Tbs. Amaretto liqueur

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In food processor, cream almond paste, butter and sugar. Add almond extract, liqueur and eggs, one at a time. Add flour and baking powder. Pour into greased 8” springform pan. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes, checking with cake tester. Cool completely and remove from pan. If desired, sift confectioners sugar over cake through a doily and serve with raspberry puree.
