Step 1

Then skim off the fat and pour the liquid into a large pan and the left over water and add whatever is left in the cup to the pot.Bring to a rolling boil(not a full boil). Cut the prime to the size you want and place into the pot for the final cooking leave in longer for each temp. If the pot is on too high a boil it will be tough.
8. Place prime on a plate and ladle some of the water from the pot on top and pig out.
