Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 teas. fresh lemon juice
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked crab-meat, flaked
- Assorted crackers

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 1.5 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese plus mayo, mustard and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Stir in green onion and crab-meat. Transfer to casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
