Ingredients
- 1 9 in Pie Shell (un cooked)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T Melted Butter
- 1 c milk
- 2 C Rhubarb cut into 1/2 " pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Beat Eggs, add sugar, flour, salt, melted butter and mix well. Add milk. Put Rhubarb into pastry lined pie shell, pour mix over
Bake 400 degrees 10-15 minutes
Then reduce heat to 300 bake 20-30 minutes more until set.
