Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 in Pie Shell (un cooked)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T Melted Butter
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 C Rhubarb cut into 1/2 " pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Beat Eggs, add sugar, flour, salt, melted butter and mix well. Add milk. Put Rhubarb into pastry lined pie shell, pour mix over
Bake 400 degrees 10-15 minutes
Then reduce heat to 300 bake 20-30 minutes more until set.
