Ricotta Cheese Pie

Makes two pies using small square aluminum pans.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. ricotta
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 bars of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Shot glass of Sambucca
  • Shot glass of Whiskey
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Place pans on heated oven rack then pour mixture into pans. If you don't and try to carry to oven it will spill. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 min. After 1 hour test with toothpick and if it comes out dry pies are done. Don't let ledges get too brown.

Note: Some ovens may vary. Pies could take longer or less time.
