Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ¾ tsp. crushed chicken bouillon cubes
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. each garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbs. oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • Tortillas
  • Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the spices together. Cook and stir the chicken in hot oil. Add the combined spiced, water, green pepper, and onion. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are tender. Heat tortillas, spoon the chicken over top and roll up. Add salsa, if desired.
