Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (may substitute shredded hash browns, thawed)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tblsp flour
- 2 Tblsp milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes with all other ingredients except oil. Shape into flat cakes about 1/2" thick. Heat oil in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Good with white chicken gravy.
