Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie crust, lightly browned
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbs green pepper diced
  • 1/2 c mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cu swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup chedar cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1/2 t salt
  • dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

>Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble
>Pour off all but 3 tbs of bacon drippings. Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in drippings. Cook until tender.
>Combine crumbled, bacon, vegetables, cheeses, eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour into pie shell
>Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
