Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tbs. diced jalapeno pepper
- 1 15oz can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 14 ½ ounce can peeled diced tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbs. white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- Grated cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat. Crumble the beef. Add the onions and pepper, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cheese and stir occasionally, cook 1 hour. Add the cheese just before serving.
