Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 C Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ c flour
  • 1 stick Melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, blend milk, eggs and flour until well blended, scraping sides as necessary. Add melted butter, while blender is running. Pour onto hot griddle in large circles. Flip. Cook till lightly golden brown.

Serve rolled up with cinnamon sugar and/or powdered sugar or favorite jam (lingonberry or other berry jam is good) inside. So Easy and SO GOOD!
