- 1tbsp Oil
- 1tsp Basil
- 2c Diced Tomato’s w/juice
- 1cn Artichoke, drained
- 1lb Shrimp, peeled & devein
- 1tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1/4tsp Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In oil fry shrimp add rest of ingredients.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta or rice dish.
