Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets, cut up small
- 3/4 cup fresh tomatoes, cut up
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/2 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add chicken until cooked. Add broccoli, saute together. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and pepper flakes. Then add wine, broth and butter. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta and toss together. May add Parmesan cheese to flavor. Works well using wok to cook in.
