Cheese cake ( strawberry topping)

  • Crust:
  • 1/4 lb. graham crackers
  • 1/8 lb. butter, softened
  • Filling:
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • glaze:
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • red food color


Cooking time 35mins


Step 1

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.Beat in eggs with mixer. mix until smooth and creamy.
. Pour into crust. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes, until firm. Remove from oven and cool.
. Place corn starch in sauce pan and gradually add strawberries and bring to a boil until thick and clear. Add red food color. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Cool and spread glaze on cake.
. Refrigerate.
