Simple Whitefish with Lemon and Herbs

  • 4 whitefish filets, about 1 1/2 lbs total (cod,halibut, tilapia,etc)
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • l large lemon, thinly sliced, seeded, and end pieces discarded
  • 1 tsp dried or 4 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, crushed30

Step 1
