Ingredients
- 1 t. unflavored gelatin
- 1 T. cold water
- 2 T. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. (1/2 pint) cold whipping cream
- 1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. in a small bowl sprinkle gelatin over cold water - let stand 2 minutes to soften - add boiling water and stir until dissolved and mixture clear - cool slightly
2. in a small bowl stir together sugar and cocoa - add whipping cream and vanilla
3. beat at medium until stiff
4. add gelatin mixture beat until well blended
5. put in refrigerate for 20 minutes
