Grilled Chicken with Asian Style BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 1/2 lbs Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3-4 Scallions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken lightly with oil.
Place on the grill and cover, turning once or twice.
Combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
Brush cooked chicken liberally with sauce immediately after removing from grill.
Sprinkle with scallions and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
