Ingredients

  • 4 pounds ground white fish
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 onions(grated)
  • 5 cloves garlic(crushed, optional)
  • 4 carrots(grated)
  • 8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine the carrots and onions in food processor, mix together. Add rest of ingredients.
2 Soften parchment paper by placing into water. Roll into moistened paper and twist edges.
3 Cook rolls for 1 1/2 hours.
