Frito Dip

Ingredients

• 1 16 oz. package frozen white shoe peg corn
• 1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese
• 4 oz. jalapeno, finely diced (1/3 of 12 oz. jar)
• 1 stick butter
• garlic salt or garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place in oven proof dish. Heat at 375° for 30 min. Remove, stir and heat an additional 30 min. Serve warm with Fritos.
