Ingredients

  • 3 cans of (medium or hot) chili beans from Winn Dixie or Publix
  • 1 lb (or more) of ground beef
  • 1 sweet large onion chopped
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of garlic (I buy the jars of minced or chopped)
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the beef in a frying pan with the onions until it is no longer pink, and then add all ingredients into a crock pot (liquid in cans included) , put on high and cook for 2-3 hours (or on low for 3-4 hours) stirring occasionally// serve with either rice,..or if you are really lazy on a Sunday afternoon serve with Ritz crackers or corn chips. Will feed a houseful of hungry guys! (and gals)
