Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small box lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup oil (use a little less than this)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all powdered stuff together. Add one egg and water till all used up, mixing after each addition. Add oil and mix well. Put in 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes. Let cake cool a little. When cake is still warm, poke holes all over cake. Mix together ½ cup lemon juice and 2 cups powdered sugar. Pour over top and spread.
Allow cake to cool completely, then serve.
