Artichoke Heart Dip

  • 1 8oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teas. chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 350. slice hearts into bite-size pieces. Combine mayo and cheese in mixing bowl. Pour into 1-qt. baking dish. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until it begins to brown around the edges. Serve warm with rye party slices or crackers.
