Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 sliced green peppers
- 3 sliced red poeepers
- 2 tbs. vinegar
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 8 veal cutlets
- 1/3 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic in hot oil and discard. Add onions and peppers and cook 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar, herbs, and spices. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Remove vegetables; keep warm.
Pound cutlets and sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Over high heat melt 3 tbs. butter, cook veal until light brown and arrange vegetables on top.
