Ingredients

• 6 xlg eggs
• 6 slices of white bread cubed
• 1 cup grated sharp cheese
• 1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled (Jimmy Dean not italian)
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 inch buttered pan or casserole dish for 12 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bake 350 uncovered for 45 min. to 1 hour. Insert knife in center should be rather firm. Cut in squares to serve.
