- 1 GREEN PEPPER - CHOPPED
- 1 STALK CELERY - SLICED
- 2 TBSP FLOUR
- 14 OZ. CAN BEEF BROTH
- 2 CANS (14 1/2 OZ. EACH)NO-SALT ADDED DICED TOMATOES - UNDRAINED
- 2 CANS (15 1/2 OZ. EACH) KIDNEY BEANS - DRAINED AND RINSED

COOK SAUSAGE, GREEN PEPPER AND CELERY - MED HEAT
8 - 10 MINS. - DRAIN
ADD FLOUR, COOK AND STIR 1 MIN.

BRING TO BOIL - REDUCE HEAT TO LOW - COVER - SIMMER 20 MINS.STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS IF DESIRED
