CHICKEN WINGS - SHANNON'S

Ingredients

  • BRINE:
  • FRESH CHIKCEN WINGS/DRUMMIES
  • 1/2 CUP SALT
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • SPICES/SEASONINGS
  • 6-8 CUPS OF WATER
  • BRING WATER TO A BOIL. DISSOLVE SALT AND SUGAR. ADD THE SEASONINGS.
  • LET THE WATER COOL. POUR OVER THE CHICKEN WINGS. COVER AND MARINADE OVERNIGHT.
  • BAKE THE CHICKEN WINGS AT 350 UNTIL BROWN. FINISH ON THE GRILL. COVER WITH CHOICE OF SAUCE.
