Blue Cheese Herb Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbed
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cold

Preparation

Step 1

Place walnuts, parsley, and chives in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. Place herb mixture in a small bowl and stir in blue cheese. Set aside.

Place cream cheese in bowl of food processor and process until smooth. Add herb mixture to cream cheese and process until thoroughly blended.

Serve at room temperature.

Great on pumpernickel bread or rye crackers.
