Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Zinfandel
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar (you can use regular granulated sugar, but it doesn't dissolve as well)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced or cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

1. Set aside fruit. In a pitcher, combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Add fruit, press lightly with a wooden spoon.
3. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving, if possible, to allow time for the flavors to blend.
4. Serve over ice.
