  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1/4 c deli mustard
  • 1/4 c molasses

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breasts in pan and top with onion slice. Brush chicken with mixture of molasses and mustard. Bake 25 minutes and turn one time halfway through.

Serve with one half potato, cut in wedges and roasted with olive oil and seasoning.
